Shorter mediation sessions are ideal for clients seeking to resolve straightforward disputes quickly and efficiently, minimizing emotional stress and legal costs. These sessions allow for swift resolution, often in a single meeting, providing immediate relief and clarity.
For more complex cases, longer and more in-depth mediation provides clients with the opportunity to fully explore their options, delve into underlying issues, and work toward a comprehensive, mutually satisfying solution. This approach fosters deeper understanding, ensuring lasting agreements.
No matter the length, each mediation is customized to fit the client’s needs, offering an empowering alternative to costly, time-consuming courtroom battles.
In-person mediation is also available at an additional cost. Travel expenses and travel time will be added. Location for in-person mediation must be provided by the participants.
